Ageratec manufactures one of the most complete, efficient and reliable modular biodiesel processors on the market today. The company has over 65 processors running in 17 countries. Ageratec’s product line is designed to support the entry level producer at 180,000 gallons per year up to industrial biodiesel levels at 10 million gallons of biodiesel per year.

Each Ageratec modular / skid-mounted biodiesel system includes:

  • Integrated pre-treatment for up to 10% free fatty acid (FFA)
    (recycled oils, rendered fats, other lower cost feedstocks)
  • Process-line tanks, pumps, filters and separators
  • Methanol recovery on the biodiesel
  • Complete controls with remote monitoring
  • Water-free biodiesel polishing and glycerol recovery

Customers include waste fats, oils and greases collection companies, rendering companies, farmers, provate equity and project developers that wish to produce biodiesel from a wide array of virgin and waste feedstocks. 

Current feedstocks include:  used cooking oil, yellow grease, brown grease, animal fats, fatty acid distillates, jatropha, palm, soy, camelina and canola oils.
